After-sales service (ASS)
a) Machine under warranty
All our new or manufactured machines are covered by a one-year warranty (Manufacturer's warranty on parts, excluding wear parts: tubing, belts, motors, heads, glass laser tubes, etc. and consumables).
Repair, including labor during the warranty period, at our premises (It is the customer's responsibility to bring the machine to our premises)
The customer is obligated to keep the original box during the warranty period.
If on-site intervention is required, including labor, travel and accommodation expenses will be charged separately to the client.
We can offer an extended warranty through an annual maintenance contract for corrective repairs and annual servicing.
Any problem caused by improper handling or whose original cause is not related to a basic operating problem or manufacturing defect will not be covered by the warranty.
b) Machine out of warranty
The technician performs a remote diagnosis via email to determine the cause of the breakdown (It is necessary to see the machine to establish a more precise quote).
Next, he prepares a quote and informs you of the amount to be covered (including on-site intervention if necessary for the repair).
Conditions for the provision of video projector services
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to drop off the equipment to be repaired and to pick it up from our facilities.
Upon receipt of the video projector at our premises:
-A diagnostic quote of €55 will systematically be offered (fixed price and always the same)
-A final quote will be issued and valid for 30 days (after the quote's expiry date, the client should contact our services to find out if the repair price will be the same as that indicated in the quote).
If the final quote is approved by the client, the video projector will be repaired and the diagnostic fee will be waived. Otherwise, a €55 diagnostic fee will be charged.
If our travel is necessary, travel expenses will be charged.
With the client's agreement, we can keep the faulty VPI at our premises for spare parts.
General terms and conditions of sale for new machines
For all purchases of new or manufactured machines:
a) Up to €5000
Initial payment of 75% and the remaining amount upon delivery of the machine
b) From €5000
Initial payment of 80% and the remaining amount upon delivery of the machine
